Interactive video installation in which an analog interface is used to control a digital video. The video is an extract from an interveiw with a renowned specialist of the H1N1 virus : Teresa Forcades, also a nun, while the interface that controls it is a cooked steak. As the steak is gradually eaten a fragment of the video is edited out from the video, creating a distorsion in the primary discourse.<\/p>\n
